Device Purchase Agreement
Edgewood Tech Repair · Jacksonville, Florida
Device Sale and Ownership Agreement
I certify that I am the lawful owner of the device, or that I have legal authority from its owner to sell it. The device is not lost, stolen, leased, subject to unpaid financing, or subject to another person’s claim.
I will provide valid government-issued photo identification at the transaction. I authorize Edgewood Tech Repair to record the transaction, device identifiers, and required identification information and to provide records to law enforcement when required by law.
I will remove Find My, iCloud Activation Lock, Google Factory Reset Protection, carrier/account locks, passwords, and personal accounts before the sale is completed. Edgewood Tech Repair may cancel or revise an offer if the device fails ownership, financing, blacklist, activation-lock, identity, or physical inspection checks.
The online offer is preliminary. The final purchase price is established only after the physical device and its condition, model, storage, identifiers, and functionality are verified. I may decline a revised offer before transferring ownership.
When Edgewood Tech Repair pays the agreed final price and accepts the device, I transfer all ownership rights to Edgewood Tech Repair. I understand that data may be permanently erased and the device may be repaired, recycled, or resold.
I am responsible for backing up and removing personal data before delivery. Edgewood Tech Repair is not responsible for data remaining on or lost from a device submitted for sale, except as required by law.
By entering my full name, providing either a drawn touchscreen signature or typed electronic signature, and selecting “Accept Offer and Sign,” I intend to sign this agreement electronically. My entered name must match the customer name on the request. The signed agreement, offer, inspection record, and final receipt form the transaction record.
