Customer reviews
When you submit a review, the website stores your public display name, rating, written review, submission date, and your permission to publish the submitted content. Reviews are held for moderation before appearing publicly. Positive and critical feedback are both welcome; moderation addresses spam, private information, and relevance.
No Google or Yelp account is needed. A short-lived hashed connection identifier is stored separately to limit spam submissions. It is not included in public reviews. Your review remains stored until the shop removes it. Call the shop using the contact page to request a correction or removal.
Repair notes
The repair-note tool works in your browser. It does not submit information to this website or save it in browser storage. A downloaded note stays on your device. If email contact is configured, the tool opens your email app and you decide whether to send the message.
Search
Service filtering takes place in your browser. Search terms appear in the page URL and may be included in browser history or hosting request logs. Do not enter sensitive information in search.
Hosting and third parties
The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information to deliver and secure the website. Your email provider’s practices apply to messages you send through your email app.
