Our workspace and your appointment
Home-based. By appointment. We work from a private home workspace in Jacksonville while building toward a storefront. For privacy and security, the address is shared privately after your appointment is confirmed.
There is no public walk-in storefront. Please wait for confirmation before visiting.
Residential customers
Arrange a confirmed drop-off appointment for assessment and repair. Residential pickup is not offered. Once your repair is complete, residential return delivery is $25 one way, subject to availability.
Business customers
Business device pickup is $25 one way; return delivery is $25 one way, or $50 for both. Transport-only trips do not incur the separate $40 on-site service travel fee. We confirm availability and any longer-distance surcharge before scheduling.
Where we deliver
Jacksonville is our standard area. Orange Park and nearby areas may be available at a higher quoted fee. We agree on the cost and delivery window before scheduling.
Your repair balance and return delivery fee must be paid digitally before return delivery. Please arrange for someone to receive the device; we do not leave it unattended by default.
Repair hours
Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday: 1pm–4pm
Sunday: consultations only; closed for repairs.

Shipping
Ship-in and ship-out service is not currently available. Please do not ship a device to us.
