Bring the exact model and a description of the problem. Ask whether the charger is needed, and back up important files if the computer is still usable.
Repair policy
Device repairs are completed at our workbench. If we find an infestation, we pause work and provide photos. Cleanup, if offered, is $35 and requires your approval and payment before we begin. Business customers can arrange paid pickup and return. Residential pickup is not offered; paid residential return delivery is available by arrangement.
