Share the exact console model, current storage, and desired capacity. Discuss backups and what may need to be downloaded again before the upgrade.
Repair policy
Device repairs are completed at our workbench. If we find an infestation, we pause work and provide photos. Cleanup, if offered, is $35 and requires your approval and payment before we begin. Business customers can arrange paid pickup and return. Residential pickup is not offered; paid residential return delivery is available by arrangement.
Can any storage drive be used?
No. Compatibility depends on the console and the storage type. Confirm the upgrade plan before purchasing a drive.
