Find the exact model number in settings or on the back. Back up files if possible and describe what changed before the issue began.
Repair policy
Device repairs are completed at our workbench. If we find an infestation, we pause work and provide photos. Cleanup, if offered, is $35 and requires your approval and payment before we begin. Business customers can arrange paid pickup and return. Residential pickup is not offered; paid residential return delivery is available by arrangement.
Do you also repair phones?
No. Phone repair is no longer offered. Tablet repair remains available, subject to the model and work required.
