Every device is considered individually.
Purchases depend on condition, inspection, eligibility, and our current needs. An initial estimate is preliminary; we explain the final offer before you decide. You’re free to decline.
This applies to every device purchase. Sellers must be 18 or older, own the device, and have the right to sell it. We record identification and transaction details as required by Florida secondhand-dealer law.
What we check
- Ownership: we may request proof of purchase. We do not buy rented, leased, financed, insurance-owned devices, or devices with outstanding ownership claims.
- Device status: no lost, stolen, blacklisted, or carrier-blocked devices. Serial numbers and IMEIs must be intact and verifiable.
- Apple devices: Find My and Activation Lock must be off, with the device removed from the owner’s Apple Account.
- Other devices: Google, manufacturer, school, business, firmware, and other ownership locks must be cleared by the rightful owner.
- Condition: disclose known faults, liquid exposure, prior repairs, and replacement parts. Nonworking devices may be considered if ownership and lock status can be verified.
A normal carrier lock is different from a lost/stolen or service block. Tell us the carrier so we can assess eligibility.
Before handing it over
Back up your files. Once we agree on a purchase, remove your accounts, SIM and memory cards, and personal data before handoff. Enter your own passwords—we don’t need you to tell us what they are. We verify the device can be set up without the previous owner’s credentials.
No security bypasses
We don’t jailbreak devices or bypass account locks, carrier blocks, or other ownership restrictions. Resolve these with the appropriate provider before offering the device for sale.
Please don’t send ID scans, passwords, or private documents through the website’s repair-note tool.
Buying a phone does not mean we offer phone repair services.
